News: Dailywire Has a Problem.

2024 was supposed to be a big year for the Dailywire. Their adaptation of Snow White and the Evil Queen staring Brett Cooper was supposed to be released in March and the much-anticipated Pendragon Cycle was slated to be released in the fall. These were supposed to be two of the biggest projects for Dailywire to undertake, with the Pendragon Cycle rumored to be like how Game of Thrones was for HBO and Snow White providing an alternative to the woke agenda that Disney is pushing. However, there’s one big problem with both of them: they never came out. I spent the entirety of the spring of 2024 wondering when Snow White and the Evil Queen would arrive and the entirety of the fall wondering when I would see The Pendragon Cycle, but they never arrived.

Dailywire, what’s going on?

I have a few theories for why this is. The first is that both movie and T.V. show sucked and weren’t deemed good enough for streaming. This would maybe explain the Snow White debacle, especially since while they were filming that, I’m pretty sure they were also filming The Pendragon Cycle, which means that time and resources would’ve possibly been spread thin, reducing the quality of the film. Meanwhile, with The Pendragon Cycle…well, I’ve covered that extensively. While it looked like it could’ve been good in the beginning, with the introduction of Avallach’s sword, I started becoming scared for the quality of the rest of the show. And that’s not to mention Dailywire’s track record of producing shows and movies (with the exceptions of Mr. Birchum, What is a Woman, and Am I Racist) that are fairly mediocre, partially because of the amount of overacting or bad script writing. I really have to wonder if they finished making it, threw it into post-production, watched it, and cringed so hard that they decided to just shelve it.

My second theory is that maybe Dailywire just got sidetracked by other projects. Maybe I’m reaching for straws here, but I do have to wonder how much other projects such as Am I Racist took priority over things like The Pendragon Cycle. Maybe more money was needed for advertising that and other things like Mr. Birchum and The Pendragon Cycle got shoved onto the backburner. However, I have to admit that this doesn’t make a whole lot of sense given the fact that The Pendragon Cycle was getting a ton of positive feedback on the Production Diaries series on YouTube, with many people saying that they would get a membership just so they could watch it, so you would think that this would move it to the top of the list in terms of priorities, right?

My third theory, going back to Snow White, is that they’re holding off until Disney releases their ill-fated, Rachel Zegler Snow White and the Seven God-Awful CGI Dwarves in theaters. After all, the original release date for the Disney version was around March of 2024, but it was later pushed out to March 21st of this year, so maybe it will be then that we see Brett Cooper as Snow White. Who knows?

My last theory (this one mainly centers around The Pendragon Cycle) is that the reason why it hasn’t been released is because of Brett Cooper’s firing from the Dailywire. In The Pendragon Cycle, Cooper played Ganieda, Merlin’s wife and for months before her official departure video that was released on December 10th, rumors flew online that she was leaving the Dailywire after Producer Reagan started coming on more frequently. I think it’s possible that this could’ve been what stopped the arrival of The Pendragon Cycle on Dailywire and may even prevent it from ever coming out.

But those are just my theories on what’s been going on over at Dailywire. Leave yours in the comments below.

Until next time,

M.J.

  1. Hey, since you like the Daily Wire, do you like Jordan Peterson too? I purchased his Self-Authoring Program and it came with a free voucher to gift to someone. It wouldn’t let me buy just one.

Anyway, I have no one to give it to, and I’d be happy to send you the voucher, no strings attached. This might sound kind of weird ’cause I don’t really know you, but I promise you it’s just that I have no one to give it to! 😅 If you don’t want it that’s fine, I realize this sounds kind of sus 🤔 LMK.

    1. Hello.
I do occasionally listen to Jordan Peterson and while I don’t agree with all his thoughts on things, he’s a very interesting person. I appreciate the offer, but as I don’t want to put my contact info out on the Internet, I can’t accept. But once again, thank you!
