Blog: Why is Everyone Loving Islam Now?

Technically, it is an exaggeration to say that everyone loves Islam. It’s very clear that many people throughout the West (me included) are deeply concerned about the rise of Islam in major cities such as Dearborn, Michigan or countries like Britian and France. However, for the past few months, there’s been a rise in acceptance of Islam not just on the Left, but also on the Right, particularly the woke Right. What is going on? How did we get to this point where the conservative movement that used to agree that Islam was a threat is now starting to embrace it? What happened?

First, I think there’s a monetary incentive. This isn’t to spread conspiracy theories similar to the one about Israel paying influencers seven grand to speak well of it: there’s actually evidence to support there being a monetary incentive to promote Islam. There’s no better example of this than Qatar’s recent lobbying and attempts to reach out to prominent conservative voices since Trump’s inauguration. Qatar’s lobbying ranges from having Tucker Carlson interview their Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin *yada, yada, yada* to sending a $400 million Boeing 747 to Trump. Reports from the U.S. Department of Justice have also shown Qatar’s involvement in shaping American media, particularly on the Right, to show them in a positive light, despite their well-documented connections to terrorist entities like Hammas. This also isn’t mentioning how many Right-wing influencers have been being flown out to Qatar to promote the idea that they are our most important ally in the Middle East.

It makes sense that Qatar, wanting to paint itself in a positive light, would pay these influencers to not only say good things about them, but also to say good things about Islam to make it look like a religion of peace and submission. Just look at Tucker Carlson’s recent shift from being strongly against Islam to becoming so pro-Islam that many Muslims are cheering him on. He’s even gone so far as to downplay the Taliban’s atrocities against women. Most recently, while being interviewed, Carlson blamed Israel for creating a fear of radical Islam, saying OnlyFans is a bigger threat to America. He said, quote: “I don’t know anyone in the United States in the last 24 years who’s been killed by radical Islam.”

Apparently, Tucker is content to ignore the fact that while fatalities from Muslim extremism have gone down since 9/11 in America (this is to say nothing of the fatalities overseas), there have been 162 fatalities due to Muslim-American violent extremism, including a vehicle attack in New Orleans on January 1, 2025. He also seems content to ignore the two National guardsmen who were murdered by a Muslim Afghani man. That’s also not mentioning how even if we’re to believe that the largest percentage of Islamic terrorists is only 10% out of the 2.06 billion Muslims worldwide, that’s still a massive population of people who want the West gone.

[Author’s Note: I also would like to take a quick second to remind people that the total population of Germans who were members of the Nazi party was only 10%. If only 8 million out of 80 million Germans could cause that much havoc in Europe over the course of WWII, how much damage can the estimated 10% of Muslims that identify as extremists do?]

The second reason why I think this is happening is because of the overall stupidity when it comes to the West’s dealings with Islam. One of our biggest issues is the fact that we Westerners are painfully ignorant to the danger that Islam poses, so much so that we’re letting them march through the open gates…literally. This problem has plagued us even in the aftermath of 9/11, when George W. Bush described Islam as “peace.” He said at the Islamic Center of Washington on September 17, 2001: “These acts of violence against innocents violate the fundamental tenets of the Islamic faith. And it’s important for my fellow Americans to understand that. The English translation is not as eloquent as the original Arabic but let me quote from the Koran itself: ‘In the long run, evil in the extreme will be the end of those who do evil. For that they rejected the signs of Allah and held them up to ridicule.‘ The face of terror is not the true faith of Islam. That’s not what Islam is all about. Islam is peace. These terrorists don’t represent peace. They represent evil and war.”

Now, before you go believing this nonsense, let me remind you of Surah 9:5, the infamous “Sword Verse” (I’ll include the preceding verses as well.)

1. A (declaration) of immunity From God and His Apostle, To those of the Pagans With whom ye have contracted Mutual alliances: 2. Go ye, then, for four months, Backwards and forwards, (As ye will), throughout the land, But know ye that ye cannot Frustrate God (by your falsehood) But that God will cover With shame those who reject Him. 3. And an announcement from God And His Apostle, to the people (Assembled) on the day Of the Great Pilgrimage,— That God and His Apostle Dissolve (treaty) obligations With the Pagans. If, then, ye repent, It were best for you; But if ye turn away, Know ye that ye cannot Frustrate God. And proclaim A grievous penalty to those Who reject Faith. 4. (But the treaties are) not dissolved With those Pagans with whom Ye have entered into alliance And who have not subsequently Failed you in aught, Nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements With them to the end Of their term: for God Loveth the righteous. 5. But when the forbidden months Are past, then fight and slay The Pagans wherever ye find them, And seize them, beleaguer them, And lie in wait for them In every stratagem (of war); But if they repent, And establish regular prayers And practice regular charity, Then open the way for them: For God is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

This is literally commanding Muslims to commit a genocide if the unbelievers will not become Muslims. But in today’s upside-down world, I guess genocide is peaceful.

This is the stuff that, while sheikhs are very open about it in their own circles, Muslim leaders don’t want you – the dumb, non-Muslim Westerner – to know about. So naturally, taking advantage of your ignorance, they will get influencers with large followings to say that Islam is a benign religion, and that terrorists don’t actually represent them. Just look at this compilation from MilkBarTV of Candace and Tucker downplaying Islam’s threat to the West:

Sorry, not sorry. Islam doesn’t want to be treated as anyone else. Its ultimate goal is world domination.

The third reason why I think so many Right-wing influencers are trying to say that Islam isn’t a threat is for purely political reasons. Admittedly, I’m not sure how much support this theory has, so take it as a grain of salt, but Islam is unfortunately the fastest growing religion in the United States, in part thanks to their higher birth rates. On average, a Muslim woman will have 3 children, while the overall average for children per woman in the United States in 1.6. I think it’s quite possible that, seeing these trends, more Right-wing influencers are trying to pander to that growing population to gain votes, similar to why so many refuse to call out people like Nick Fuentes.

Ultimately, this poses a huge problem for the Right. Islam is a religion that is uniquely incompatible with Western culture and values. As the party that claims to champion the West versus the Left that wants it destroyed, we should not be trying to defend Islam. We need to be calling it out for what it is: the moral system of a seventh-century caravan robber. If we don’t do this, then we have sold ourselves out and will pay the price for it.
