Fairy in a Tree in Watercolor and Acrylic

Here’s the first try that was done in watercolor. As you can see, it was not my best work and many of the colors unfortunately blended into each other.

The acrylic version came out much better. While the sky is a bit streaky, I kind-of enjoy it since it looks like strange, fantasy clouds. The trees are much crisper and have better textures to them. The colors didn’t blend together in a muddy mess and it just looks better in general. While there are few things I would change, I like the acrylic version better than the watercolor version.
